Barker’s Barn is situated in Oxenton and nestles at the foot of Oxenton Hill, the barn is a typical farm building of the time constructed of a timber frame and brick, during the 17c 18c the land of the parish was been used mainly for agriculture, and small holdings. The now privately owned barn stands next to the Grade I Listed Church of St John the Baptist,
